The movements that you see the young man undergo are an excellent example of what is known as "posturing." This is typical of severe brain injury or lower brain stem injury. The forceful, extreme flexion of the neck could certainly cause a high cervical spine injury and/or basilar skull fracture. The fall on the head could cause one of many types of intracranial bleeds or brain injuries. Hard to tell here...thats why there are CT scanners
