  hmmmmm: there proly was breaks on it that wer suppose to be pushed... seeing that the car in the back was full of lil 2 year olds they proly dint know how to use it properly.. i remember when i was at the dells there wer go cart rides and when it came time to stop kids would always keep going and smash into the ppl infront of them
