    @Mr__Eit is technically stealing: every uploaded picture onto flckr becomes theirs once the up-loader checks the "right to distribute" button which means, using this to boast a Microsoft product is stealing their profited images to bring wealth to Microsoft. if they wanted to sue for copyright infringement, they would win.

  It is really a super brilliant idea, but Is the general public really ready: to tag every picture with a detailed description and share it with the entire collective network? Not to mention - is everybody now going to throw away their MACs and will this application really work with VISTA? So far the only thing a Vista disc works with is a toaster...
