The repo man had a right to repo the car. However he was wrong in manner in how he done it. This man should be charge with a crime in tossing this woman from the car. My advice is for her to get a lawyer and sue this man. I think she should win the case in local court. He needs some time behind bars. He could had gotten the local law to have gone with him.
