  Why would someone tape themselves running? Its beautiful country, he could be a tourist, why do people take pictures of the most mundane things? hes not on a bike, you can clearly tell he is running. and just because a bear sees you doesnt mean it will chase you to eat you. just because a shark sees you, it doesnt chase and eat you.

  i think fake... first, why would a jogger use a camera while he is jogging, esp, gopro camera, and second, the bear didnt make any growls, AT ALL....
