    @m_fjuClearly: A Drama student project, or gag. A friend of mine told me a story of him being a student at a midwest college some years back, he was in a math class, when two student broke out into an impromptu comedy routine. Great stuff...Seems the math professor and Drama instructor were dating. The math professor (the female) was totally not expecting it and it was a HUGE success...I miss my college days!

  Oh: About the mic thing, he wouldn't really need one. The lecturer wasn't miced and was just talking at a normal volume, singing would easily echo around since lecture theatres are designed with acoustics in mind. I think it's just sheer talent, they don't lipsync in other musicals

  yes there are different angles: but you can see the other camera men in the backround and you can also see them walk in so i dont think it was a stages probably just took some planning but i dont know why the sound was so even he may of had a mic or something he was probably is the video class so he may of had access to mics

  Awesome: Very unlikely this was staged. As you can see the guy with the cam walked into the door as he started. Of course they used editing to implement the different angles. About the music, there was definatly some sort of singing, probably lip sinking because it had an echo in the room including sound. But unless he had a mic, he wouldn't have been that loud. What I want to know is when he's done, what the hell was he saying and what were papers he had in his hand?
