@Lucas-Howard-825 Now I have to be that other guy. This video IS fake. How do I know? I have the same kind of chameleon at home and Chameleons do NOT change color to match surroudings, they do it according to heat and mood. And they don't use their muscles to do it??? It is extremely advanced skin pigment. Veiled Chameleons (the kind in this video) can't take on that many colours at all.

@ don, there are many kinds of chameleons, sorry to break it to you but just because it looks like the same one you have doesnt mean it is, there are kinds that do indeed change to match their background or the thing they are on or near to hide themselves when they feel scared/ intimidated.. do some research on different breeds of chameleons before you jump to conclusions.
