  best way to deal with skateboarders is to: ask them to leave nicely, then the 2nd time around ask them to leave and tell them your calling the cops, the kids will stay there for a max of another 5 minutes then leave "befor the cops show" or at the first sign of a cop driving by. make sure you actually call the cops though, they wont mind, just dont use an emergency number.
