yeah, the guy sounds like he just hit puberty, and yeah maybe cops do help out some... But that doesn't mean their above the law no matter how small and petty that law is... I watch cops turn on their sirens just to haul ass to the local waffle house, but yet they take 10 minutes or more to respond to a burglary or murder, my town isn't even that big... You know for acting so high and mighty the cops around here don't help much, they couldn't even catch a retarded blind kid with no arms or no legs

yea the front tag law is there for a reason. Kinda like the tag bracket law. Or even the stuff hanging from the rear view mirror law. Its to give the police a reason to stop you, not to write trivial tickets. Probable cause is the term i'm looking for here. cameraman might have gotten a warning but could have been a complete ass to the officer. Not hard to belive now that he is stalking the cop with a camera
