Watch as this guys pole pretty much explodes right after he plants in the box (that happens to me all the time). Keep in mind those poles are made out of fiber glass, definitely could have caused some damage.

    i was at a track meet today: and one of the guys poled over, and as he was coming down on the other side, he fell on the pole... so on the way down the pole was between his ass... i laughed and everyone got mad at me :(
