  WELL THIS HAPPENED TO ME: Yes I was a dumb ars 15 years ago and tried this, long story short, torn ACL and MCL, two years later ACL again and 13 years later (4 weeks ago) as I set here now ACL again. The Principal told me 30 seconds before I tried it not to do it, because I would get hurt! That is the one time I wish I would have listen to him.
