The pilot in this CF 18 video ejects just in the nick of time before the plane crashes. This is some amazing plane crash video taken at a Canadian air show. It's hard to imagine the pilot walked away unscathed. He had to have been really close to the fire and flying debris.

It's ironic that on this CF 18 video you can hear the song "Stayin' Alive" blasting over the pa system. It might have been the inspiration the pilot needed. This is not the typical air show stunt plane, but this is the typical air show ending. Plane goes down.
