  HEh: Yea.. we're just filming the nondescript horizon there.. nothing to see, but we're avidly filming.. then we exhibit our super vision and zoom in perfectly on a rope tied to the back of a truck.. and mildy and calmly act as though it's just a shame as it gets pulled into the water.. Either on Ritalin or we found the culprits.

    @Firinghorse1Kinda figured: Who would be filming that? That truck went over way too easy, it obviously wasn't parked in gear and didn't have the parking brake set. The steel posts of the walkway guard gave way too easy, too.
