    Take another look....: Between the sound made when she reacts to him touching her, the way the guy reacts after moving away from her, and the gagging sound he makes, it seems much more plausible that she was sick, probably from drinking, and upon being startled, threw up on him. Watch his reaction...if she truly smacked him, would have been reacting to his left cheek (your right-side in the video). She didn't touch him with her right hand at all.
