  yeh hes probs from paris, no one ownes nice cars there in the fear of them gettin trashed, apparently ppl leave their handbrakes off so cars can be shunted around a lil bit while parking

  definitely euro. not chicago: yellow plates, black numbers. can't be british because of the side of the street and positioning of the drivers seat, although many british tags are yellow. but france fits the plate color and driver positioning.
