  why are they not in the road?: When cops use tasers, they do it on the concrete and let people fall and hit there faces on the road. Thats what the cops should have to do. Get it used on them in a real situation. I bet they would be less likely to tase someone 7 times for not signing a speeding ticket.

  little girl?: the taser is a different feeling and takes over your body, but there is no reason to cry like a little girl (yes I have been tased before) basiclly your muscles contract like 50 times a second with slight pain.

  This is necesary: This has to be done so cops know what to expect when they taser inoccent prisoners who are cuffed and deffenseless. Also the use of crash mats teaches cops how to cause maximum pain to innocents but leave no bruises.
