If "big tough cops" stopped tasering defenseless old, drunk, handcuffed harmless people, maybe their public image would go up. I have studied this scenario, most cops were losers in high school and were picked on, so they became cops just to vent their anger on the rest of the world for being the losers that they are. There are a very few cops that are fair though, just not very many.

Her partner: was up at he red car and was shot, little scary how she panicked and didnt even pull her gun and take the fight to the shooter. The officer survived. Hope they hang the shooter in the streets far all to see.
