A guy cracks a joke about a guy on a bicycle getting a ticket for riding on the sidewalk and ends up in handcuffs and under arrest. Apparently making jokes about people's misfortunes is illegal in New York, and that's why we're in Los Angeles.

    Normally I'd side with the cops, but I have to say that in this case I think the cops were entirely to aggressive in detaining that guy.

    It's pretty simple, don't piss off cops. Yea its wrong that people have to sometimes fear police, but jus don't act like a chimp and be cooperative, and you'll be amazed how smooth the interactions can be, and usually a lot cheaper. Raise your voice at a cop usually means your not going to get a warning.

    This video looks like a set up. Lets mess with the cops and video tape it. This all could have been avoided with two words. "I'm Sorry" also minding his on business.     I'm going to school so i can be a police officer and what these cops did do was illegal, officers peace can not be breach and that guy had the right to make his dumb as comment i would have internal affairs on this officer he began to put his hands on this guy for no reason there is no reason to arrest this guy his rights were violated and i would call an lawyer and sue there was no reason for it the cop clearly lost his and then aggressively smashed the guys face in the car door. the guy is an idiot but th
