That kid needs to just shut up when he is living off a teachers salary after 20 years and goes 10 days without pay he can talk. I understand that he is embarassed but taking a mans job for one word, one incident is not realistic. Although its pretty funny watching him try to dig himself out of the mess.

@rescuemedic1 He should not get his job back. He has something seriously wrong with him if he thought it was alright to say that to a kid. And watching him make excuses for what he said just makes me wonder how far he would take things to get out of a bad situation.

I hate it when this happens...: A slang of a racial slur was used, and the kid wants the man's JOB?! Now it's shitty to use any form of racial slur, but that doesn't mean the guy should be fired outright.

Whites will never understand.: It's ok for someone of the same race to call a person a derog. name. But not if you're from a diff. race. I am hispanic, so I can call my latin buddies spicks or wetbacks or greasers and get the same thing back. But I would never call my black or white buddies niggas or crackers, even though they can speak spanish just as good as I can because we live in Mexican dominated area of the U. S.
