Can't Be North Korea: Communist countries do not believe in advertising, only propoganda. All the signage in the background means it could not've taken place the North.

  @deviants I agree with your points, but by knowing the country it is in we can learn more about the situation there and hopefully then if we see appeals/political events working to stop this type of thing we can understand the situation better and maybe then try and do more to help. But yes, our main concern should be for the guy with the broken neck and the bastard that did it.

Subtitles: The subtitles at the bottom dont really say anything about why or how the situation came about. The subtitles at the bottom are simply "play by play" accounts of what is happening in the video itself.

Wrong country I believe: Sorry to burst the bubble, but this isnt North Korea where this brutality is happening. This video is taken in South Korea. There are "demos" everyday and everywhere to this day in South Korea. A country not like North Korea and not "much" different that the US's policy on brutality. This is happening everywhere, not just a dictatorship like North Korea.
