Its fake, look at the very end when he pulls the nail out, first you see it under his fingers, then when he lifts his hand after pulling the nail out you can see the blood he wipes away on his leg where the nail had been resting under his fingers.

Pretty awesome how they managed to get the head of the nail through his jeans but not through a few more layers of skin!! must have some tough skin there......not to mention the nail went in pretty perpendicular to the guys skin....how did it curve like that? super metal skin for his 3rd layer perhaps?
