It was a race and the car was blocking the bike on the right side, so it moved left to the middle to make it fair. It never overlapped the left biker, it is just the angle this video was taken. The left biker would not have hit the car if he just go straight.

@canyon750 ummm im pretty sure this is on a track you can see the race line down the right of the road. id also like to state that it was partially the driver of the white cars fault, as it is track policy not to cross a track unless you kno its clear or the race has been red flagged.
