  actually he may have been practicing for a show. Police have motorcycle courses for other officers and show them how to turn a 800+lb bike to the point of scraping the running boards. Ive seen these shows and its legit. they do cone slaloms that you can barely walk a bike through let alone ride. he may have been practicing.
