Is it just me or has the quality of german scientist gone downhill since WWII? I mean, back in the day, they'd be hiding in a bunker somewhere perfecting jets and rockets and nowadays they are less sinister and spend their time peeing on fences.

it did not shock him. the flash, if it actually happened, was just a small arc on the fence itself. a stream of piss cannot electrocute the pisser.
