facts: The car has a russian plate. If you don't believe that consider this: It's a LADA and LADAs are popular only in former Soviet countries and the UK. It couldn't be from England because the stearing wheel is on the left. And Russian plates are black letters on a completely white plate. Bottom line is: It IS Russian and it's voiced over to be more appealing to the English speaking audience. Because it is good as well.
