    @Vajesus Absolutely yes he died. Those structures are made from a loose mud material. most of the bullets went strait through. then they finished the job with a few grenade rounds.

  actually the geneva convention clearly states " no religious sanctuarys, hospitals, or schools will be attacked unless being used as a stratigical advantage."

  They were...: engaging insurgent snipers firing from the minaret (tower) of a mosque - which is not only a violation of the Law of Armed Conflict, but also the Geneva Convention. More reason to abolish these rules. DEATH to ISLAM!!!!
