@Slash89 Hmm...: From the uniforms they are either marines or navy. Also, the military housing in Kuwait and other transit areas operate with lights on 24/7 because they are not intended to be permanent billeting. They are just temporary places to rest your bones while waiting for a connecting flight. That would also explain the lack of blankets.
