i did this: in my electronics class in highschool, the teacher gave us a bunch of stuff to put in, jam some capacitors in a microwave and watch a light show, lightbulbs are sweet, the one we had a whole blown out of it after it went boom

@Mickeyd021 2.4GHz: Radiowaves. That's what a microwave operates on. Put down your computer with it's WiFi card and cover your balls if you're that afraid of it. PS, the holes in the grill of the microwave are too small to allow radiowaves to get through. Think I'm wrong? Look it up.
