  it's Korean: yoboseyo = hello hanguk mal heyo = do you speak Korean? lived there 3 years, got this all the time. I think everyone shares the same 100 or so cell phone numbers. anyways, this guy's a loser and its really not funny if you can speak a 2d or 3d language.

  Lol: This is really funny. Now try having someone call you in your language and responding in a different language. I had a telemarketer company plaguing my house with as many as 11 or 12 calls per day. Then one day I started speaking German to him. They hung up. Haven't called back once since then. :)

  the korean guy who: called understood that the person who picked up couldnt speak korean. The whole time, the korean guy was asking if there was anyone else he could talk to that spoke korean. This is just plain dumb and racist, although it was pretty funny how the person who picked up managed to repeat some of the words perfectly.
