  What are you complaining about? If you drove 70 miles South, to Valley Mercedes Of Salem, you'd consider yourself as the most privileged customer ever, if they can accurately, diagnose you Mercedes malady, in under two weeks, fix the problem within five attempts, not crush in the fender, while working on your Mercedes, and not, loose the belly pan(twice) while changing the oil. Don't even get me started on the Retarded Chimpanzees that work at BMW of Salem's service center...

  not all dealerships are that bad. I took my vw gti to a shop for an alignment and they told me that a strut was bent and it would cost 1200 to replace the struts and springs. I took it to sunwest vw in courtenay BC., they looked at it, said nothing was wrong with it and charged me 80 for an alignment that fixe the problem.

  Though I do understand his frustration, I think he should have used the savings after paying $141 to get a decent camera so that we could have heard what was being said instead of reading. As for the douchebag who says it's not possible for for a rock to get stuck in the sunroof, well you obviously have never owned a vehicle with one. It's exposed to the elements, so it is possible.   bull shit: first of all, i'm a mercedes tech. i have work at an official mercedes dealer. so here's the problem with this. the car he has is a girls car; a sport coupe'. that car was only made for a few years cause it was shitty, mostly roof problems. as for the rock; there's no way it can get in the sunroof track under normal conditions. i've worked on mercedes for 6 years and never have i found a rock in the sunroof. the last thing is the only diagnosis you can do on that kind of roof is test the motor.

    @balls2thewallyeah it doesn't make a difference if it is a "girl;s" car or if you are a Mercedes tech or not, the fact of the matter is that most of you techs are STUPID and don't give a sh1t if it's a real problem or not your too dam lazy to actually look for the problem, instead you use your "special" diagnostic computer and it says the motor is broken, oh well, guess it's gonna cost $6,500 instead of, "let me see if it's really broken or if it's jammed", yeah you can work on my car any day you jacka$$.

  Car dealerships: It really is too bad that there are so many losers that can't recognize that it does not matter what the brand is. It is the fact that the service is less than honest.
