Budget surpluses, and a DJIA that went from about 3,200 to 10,500. Now that we have another "Fantastic" rebublican president? The DJIA has gone from 10,500 to 10,800 (an increase of .3% per year), and we have yet another banking scandal. Somehow, rebublican apologists still can't accept that their party's policies are failures. Wonderful...

That is to say that all the money in all the trust funds, Social Security, Highway and any other governmental "piggy" bank has been borrowed from the trust funds to pay for government and in return the government has stuffed those trust funds with IOU's.
