Well, actually guys some of you were right about this. This is kiiking and the event was in Estonia. The language that is talked is also Estonian and the dude that started screaming something, was his instructor to tell him when to lean back and in which way he should set his body position in. And yes, ones feet are strapped on that swing. Those swings are custom made for such tries. Without those straps, it is VERY easy to fall of there. And it is not a circus act, please! :P
