@TacoLoco I'm sure taco loco is familiar with this police dept and the area they are in. That's right, your not. I'll give you 3 guesses. I know because I work that area as well. That Is a high crime area with lots of gang activity. This guy is obviously not a gang member, but neither was the guy that shot an officer in the face 4 weeks ago in this area. this area is a highly diverse, ethnic area.
