   I spent 6 months in Vietnam, this kind of parenting is typical there. I don't think it's Vietnam because it's not very crowded in the video. The scooters have a break and accelerator, no clutch or gear switching or anything. All the girl has to do is pull on the handlebar. Other than this, I've seen kids as young as 2, hanging on behind their mother on a motorbike. It's typical to see 3, 4, 5 people on the same scooter, I've seen 6. Many times, it's a mother and seveal kids hanging on. They now have
