These cats have a similar form of Cerebral Palsy called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. They aren't in pain and can lead a full life. These cats are not on cat nip. There are a handful of videos of cats on UTube with varied levels of Cerebellar Hypoplasia.

This has nothing to do with cat nip or someone getting cats high. It is called Vestibular Disease, my cat has it, it affects their equilibrium.
