      @depends on what state they are considered to be legally able to sign documentation for contracts and stuff. but for waivers anyone can sign one if they are being filmed and allow the filer to show that persons face and stuff.

    Pretty darn sure this is a spoof, and also I saw the article someone else posted about this. Even though I think it's a spoof, I don't doubt that there are kids out there that would answer like this. Over time America, the country I was born and raised in is becoming dumbed down, and it is depressing to watch. Many children are raised with "If you don't know the answer, no worries!     I teach at a high school and sadly enough, every time I ask most of the kids now a days any question about anything, 95% of the time they whip out their iPhones (or any smart phone) to find their answers. If talking to these kids about simple politics is hard enough already, they cant even come up with the answer to "Which man owned the company that made the iPhones?" without them having to look at their iPhones for the answer... Sadly enough, this is the future of the United States.
