  @cannibal440 Getting up: He did the right thing by not letting him up. He had mechanism for serious spinal injuries, also hear that guppy breathing? He has a collapsed lung and also possible head trauma. Head trauma patients become combative because of lack of oxygen. If he would have gotten up he could have become paralyzed

You think thats bad?: A block away from my house, a speeding motorcyclist clipped a car as he was speeding down the road. His helmet, with his head inside, landed in my front yard, and the rest of his body was smeared/scattered all over the road. There was ALOT of white chalk.

Damn!: That's like 50 miles from me. Mission Ave in Riverside, CA and that's the County Sheriffs Department. He did alright. Got medics on the way and still kept control of his original suspects who for all he knew were armed and dangerous. Pretty good multitasking
