The larger bear was clearly older and that posturing was the younger bull asserting dominance over the previous dominant male. If it were humans, one would have just shot the other and gone to prison, and we say they are wild animals.

Bear Beat Down: Very nice leg sweep take down! Bear 2 did a nice job controlling bear 1 in his guard. Bear 1 was able to briefly pass to side control but really never was able to move to full mount. I 'm quite sure bear 2 was working toward a Paw Bar but was unable to execute. Bear 2 did a really nice job getting the fight back to the feet,
