  He didn't break his hand. You try it and you will break yours. His bones are harder than yours from years of development. Of course someone should tell these guys that there are jackhammers that do this now without the pain.

  Umm......Nope.: Deffinitely didn't break his bones. They did the slow mo to see just how jelly like the hand looks upon making contact with cinder block and how much the bones move around from the amount great deal of force he's using to hit the block, not to show how his hand "shattered" as you put it Break. Who the hell comes up with the captions for this site...??

    @FalanxIf he hand broken: any bones in his hand you would have seen him breaking bones when they showed the part where his hand made contact with the block, the part where he broke the block, but none of his bones broke, but I guess if he crossed his arms he broke his hand, even though in the video his hand is obviously unbroken, but why rely on video when we have your opinions to rely on
