   Well , Cinnamon is actually toxic , and that much would cause serious stomach ache , or in worst case a life threatening allergic reaction....not kidding....

  explanation: its very simple to explain why u cant eat a spoon of cinnamon.... its a spoon full of dry powder, for wich you need quite a large amount of fluid to just be able to get it through your throat. There is just not enough spit in your mouth to accomplish this...

  i can explian why its hard: its hard to do because the cinnamon is so fine ground, the slightest inhalation fucks your lungs so u cough, same thing will happen with flour , and ground glass

    @TheExPertthe only possible way: would be to funnel it right down your throat, which isn't really eating it. *wonders if you can perform the same thing with a cloud of cinnamon you can with a cloud of flour.* also, on another point, when you swallow you very slightly inhale, so when you have an ounce of ground cinnamon on your tongue....well...
