  ..: Wow the heads are hollow, and he just pulls his head down when he pulls it off, then puts the other one on and puts his head back up into that on. Before that someone else is controling the other head with a string, or he has the stick there so it can hold the head when he needs to use that arm

  i didnt watch it all the way through: when he actually drops the stick is because he put his arm back into it and thats how he was holding thae head, notice how it didnt move when he did that, the box that he puts it into is not actually a box its a trap door, when he puts the head into it people put a stick up through the head and thats how it looks like hes draging it back to him. it looks like he pulled his head off but hes actually wearing a mask the other head the whole time was not a full head but ju
