The object of the game is to get as far as possible on the treadmill without falling and being subsequently dumped into water. As you get further along you must eat the cookie which speeds the treadmill up.

Eem: Don't you get it? You need to eat the last cookie first, then you can use the backward speed of the mill to get the 3d, 2nd and first cookie you will still need to run fast, but at lezt you will have all cookies for a 100% score!
