It's totally real. I have watched people fly them. They don't even look fun to fly too. It's just back and fourth at over 200mph with something that costs around $15,000. Now If you want to see an RC hobby that is both challenging, fun and less expensive, look up Alan Szabo Jr. on youtube and yes, It is real. That guy is sponsored by Align who is the manufacturer of that helicopter.

This is definitely fake. Simple common sense should tell us that. And then someone noticed the break in the video before landing, rookie mistake. The sound is obviously not from that little engine. The damn thing has a hard time even taking off. It's not going that fast, the sound matches a real jet traveling by. There would be no way for such a small object with that little mass to travel that fast, let alone control it. Someone else could break this down better but the bottom line is, this is fake.
