This will never happen in our lifetime. They will need to develop new types of materials or even synthesise them to withstand the heat, its going to take another 10 years before we have nano CPU's. If Intel have produced the 32nm, another 2 years they should get down to about 16nm, and It will be near to impossible to get to less then that without burning the chip out, unless we develop a new metal that's cost effective to withstand the heat.
