  This is absolutely hilarious. They're taking a well-known cultural figure, in this case Santa Claus, and sort of riffing on "what if he were actually a modern guy using the current vernacular to describe what he does." Get it? So he doesn't say "let's make toys at the north pole," he says "whazzup homie" like they do on the streets.
