   It's more likely that the reason the gocart is illegal is because 'GO CARTS AREN'T ALLOWED ON STREETS' My rusty '97 dodge ram probably has a higher topspeed than that stupid cart...which is by the way a regular shifter cart...nothing special about it. It's just some rich bitches toy, go wrap yourself around a tree
