In this lion video, a hunter in Africa plays an intense game of chicken with an incredibly fast, charging lion. His quick shot from the hip saves him from becoming lunch meat. Easily the most intense lion video I've ever seen. No lion video will top this one.

I would get more satisfaction seeing the lion tear apart that moron with a rifle. People should have more respect for wild animals, not use them as toys like in this video. Pisses me off!

  @mikiekeggNo, it's just people who would like to see the lion have a fighting chance. How is this fair? Yeah, your cool because you can take a gun and shoot an animal. How is that a fair challenge against the animal your hunting? The animal has no chance and that is sad. The lion poplulation has decreased between 80-90% in the last 20 years. They are considered a 'vulnerable' species by CITIES and will soon be considered endangered. Hunting and poaching is one of the main reasons. So let's keep it up so our grandchil

Can only imagine the destruction if the bullet didnt hit. Like being hit by a freight train with teeth. Such a pity to destroy such an amazing creature. I'd feel ashamed if I killed it.
