Sport fisherman in Cairns, Australia hook a 450 lb. marlin. Their struggle with the fish is cut short when a shark viciously tears into the marlin, and all the fisherman are left with is the head.

They based the size of the fish of the size of the head of the fish.

  @perry125no they calculated the tension in the line and figured out what equalizing forces were acting upon it and thus found the fish's weight.... how'd u want them to guess the size... lol

  @TheDroorythe world record blue marlin was just caught and it was 1189 pounds, so 450 isn't exactly a "fish story" kinda number with these animals...if anything that's small.
