Might as well let the whole team go at it! The refs should have stepped into the first fight after 20-30 seconds. The first two fighters fought for over a minute! I can't say I've ever seen a hockey/lacrosse fight last that long when ref's have control of the game.

Why are canadian sports so much more hard core then anyother in the world? You have hockey which is 200 pound men flying around on skates knocking the hell out of eachother. Then lacrosse where the men are throwing a very hard ball at near or more then 100mph and bodychecking with little padding and both allow fighting. what does usa have? baseball and football where if someone breaks a finger they go cry and sit out of the rest of the game

Everyone that plays know's this but you douche-bag. And besides when you have protection you use your body even more of a battering ram. What's a little 6 ounce puck going to do to you when it hit's your goalie glove compare to a 250 ilb linebacker hitting you at 4.5 - 40 yard speed.
