    @ten96This can't be done "if" the cuffs has been DOUBLE LOCKED !!! If they've not been double locked. Just use a small plastic comb. Works faster .... Duh.

  Not Actually but Really:: The handcuffs are on correctly. If your trying to cuff someone who doesn't want to be cuffed your not going to slap the cuffs on from underneath. Unless your sitting on their face!!! Id like to see him try with him cuffed behind the back. There is a training video out there that shows an inmate getting out of cuffs with a black box on in about 20 seconds with a plastic comb. I'll try to find it and post it.

  Actually: If the handcuffs are put on correctly, the keyholes will be facing upwards and the handcuffs would be double locked. This would be damn near impossible with the tools he has here. Throw on a set of hinged cuffs and there is no way he is getting out.

    @peggysue10000even if not: usually after your cuffed your in the car in a matter of seconds and if not you should be within reach of a cop but if you do get away your always within gun range

  shit its way easier than that: all u gotta do is jam a bobby pin into where it is spikey(the locking part) and just jam it in as hard as you can, then yank it out and presto! youre out!! I locked myself in a set of handcuffs once and didnt have the key, so that was the way i got out. And they werent the rinky dink ones either, they were police issue.

    @Rudy22tizWrong: They're plastic zip ties called Flexicuffs, and they're pretty much just used by S.W.A.T. and riot control. Most law enforcement departments still use handcuffs.

    @Rudy22tizThey use both: the flexicuffs are generally used as a backup when they no longer have an extra set of cuffs, like when they are arresting multiple people.

  just buy a bunch of handcuff keys: they're dirt cheap, and I have one sewn into the back waistband of every pair of pants I own. I have a bunch left so I can put them on any new pants I buy. I just need to make sure I don't get arrested with no pants on :)
